Formerly Incarcerated Individuals Rehabilitation Services (FIIRS)

 Natraj Shanker is a member of the Milwaukee North Shore Rotary Club and Chair of the Rotary Community Corps (RCC) program for the Formerly Incarcerated Individuals Rehabilitation Services (FIIRS) for District 6270. 

The FIIRS program is to help formerly incarcerated individuals become productive members of society through employment.  The Milwaukee North Shore Club is the sponsor of this program.  Using our Rotary network,  the intent is to create a favorable environment to employ these individuals by creating a jobs pool and putting together a process to train, employ, and keep them employed. We will use the services of other agencies and organizations to train and keep them employed.  Our focus is to create the jobs pool.
